Ingredients:
- Liquid milk
- Sugar
- Starch
- Milk Powder
- Water
- Grain Hill
- Rose water
- Custard for garnish
Preparation:
- Put the starch to dissolve in a glass of cold milk aside.
- Put the rest of the milk in a saucepan on the fire with the addition of cardamom and sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the starch mixture to sugar mixture and milk on the fire, and will continue stirring until it boils the mixture becomes thick.
- Add rose water and stir well and then lift the mixture from the heat.
